Join virtually from your office or anywhere. Fifteen minutes to get out of your head and into your body. Amanda guides breathwork and a mindfulness practice for the first 15 minutes. The second 15 minutes are an optional and bonus time for stillness with community — time to journal or sit what came up from the guided experience.
No meditation or yoga experience necessary. All are welcome.
